EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR/HOMELESS ADVOCATE
Forum House, Westfield, MA
1. Provide supports to individuals with mental illness who are homeless, formerly homeless, or at
risk of homelessness who are federal food stamp recipients.
2. Provide flexible outreach and supports to homeless mentally ill individuals referred from
homeless shelters.
3. Assist individuals in obtaining housing, benefits, services and supports.
4. Develop individual service plans with members and assist them in achieving employment and
education goals.
5. Work within the clubhouse model coordinating unit activities, assisting with employment.

CLUBHOUSE OUTREACH UNIT COORDINATOR
Lighthouse Clubhouse, Springfield, MA
1) Work with team to facilitate inpatient hospital visits including presentations to patients regarding
Lighthouse services and help plan/coordinate aftercare services with team.
2) Engage members onto the peer-support team while providing encouragement, training and technical
support/assistance so that members may utilize their experience to support others.
3) Coordinate job readiness activities with members and work side by side with program members doing all
unit tasks.
4) Assist members in learning skills and in building confidence to return to work or school.
5) Serve as advisor to a caseload of members providing advocacy and support and assist members in
establishing employment or education goals and assist with acquisition of various resources and benefits.
6) Train and support members on job sites in the community and provide supports to employer.
7) Maintain confidential member files, and keep required records and submit required reports.
8) Work individually and cooperatively to maintain and improve high-quality program services.
9) Work in accordance with clubhouse standards.

CLUBHOUSE UNIT COORDINATOR/CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Lighthouse Clubhouse, Springfield, MA
1) Work with members developing person-centered plans specific to employment.
2) Coordinate job readiness activities with members.
3) Work side by side with program members to engage, motivate, coordinate and complete all unit tasks.
4) Provide career counseling and pre-vocation/job readiness activities in the unit in addition to providing
benefits/entitlement education and training to members.
5) Work in the Transitional Employment program (jobsite training, support and absence coverage) and help
staff the club’s evening, weekend and holiday program.
6) Serve as advisor to a caseload of members providing advocacy and support.
7) Assist members in establishing employment or education goals.
8) Assist program manager and other units as needed.
9) Maintain confidential member files.
10) Keep required records and submit required reports.
11) Work individually and cooperatively to maintain and improve high quality program services.
12) Work in accordance with I.C.C.D. clubhouse model and CARF standards.
13) Assist members in learning computer skills through daily unit work.

Fellowship Health Resources seeks an Assistant Director and a Relief General Staff Person for Fairwinds Clubhouse.
Fairwinds Clubhouse, Falmouth
The Clubhouse is an intentional community providing social and vocational rehabilitation.
The Assistant Director will be qualified to function as acting Director. Bachelor’s degree. Three years of supervised, directly- related experience with advocacy and support of persons with mental illnesses may be substituted for the educational requirement.
The Relief Generalist should have qualifications generally similar to those for the Assistant Director, but may present an Associate’s Degree or 18 months of closely related experience.
Both positions require the ability to relate to, and work with, Clubhouse members, good verbal and written communications skills, common sense and good judgment in crisis situations and excellent organizational skills. Also required are a Massachusetts Driver’s License and the ability to drive a large (15 seat) van.
