CLUBOUSE MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR – full-time
Horizon House, Wakefield, MA
Horizon House in Wakefield is a mental health recovery program focusing on psychosocial and vocational rehabilitation services with adults with serious and persistent mental illness. The membership coordinator works closely with members to provide tours and initial enrollment engagement with newly referred individuals. Additional responsibilities include: on-going outreach/engagement with members, linkage to a wide variety of community resources, maintain referral log, write strength-based assessments and person-centered recovery plans, data entry of demographic information, plan and facilitate social-recreational events, and capacity to cover all other aspects of clubhouse activities as a generalist in partnership with club members.
Requirements: Must believe in every member’s capacity to improve the quality of his/her life, embrace a wellness lifestyle and pursue valued roles. Experience with individuals who have mental health challenges. Minimum Associates Degree, prefer Bachelors or Masters. Looking for a warm, out-going personality with capacity to respect and empower others. Strong organizational skills, capacity to engage members and teach transferable work skills.
Salary/Benefits: $11.25/hour (40 hrs/week)/health/dental/vacation/sick/personal leave

JOB COACH/JOB DEVELOPER – PER DIEM
Horizon House, Wakefield, MA
Support Horizon Clubhouse members with successful adjustment to paid work in a variety of settings. Attend on-the-job training sessions as needed and coach individual employees with challenges related to concentration difficulties, anxiety, and/or preferred learning styles. Responsibilities may include transportation, supporting the development of a support network with co-workers, feedback from on-site supervisor, transferable skills training, networking with employers for job opportunities. Ideal job to supplement income for retired individuals. $11.25/hour

Looking for a kind, out-going, and creative person to support clubhouse members in social-recreational activities both in-house and in the community. Requires driving a 12-passenger van – excellent driving record required. Ideal job for college student in the human service field. Must be reliable. $11.25/hour

Senior Employment Staff
Worcester, MA, Worcester
Major responsibilities will include participating as an Employment Management Team member in the Career Development Unit of Genesis Club. This person will have oversight for the Transitional Employment System, Job Development and Contract Management. In addition this position will require some employment training with International Clubhouse Colleagues.
Genesis Club is looking for an energetic Clubhouse person to work cooperatively with Genesis members and staff. The position is centered within the Career Development Unit that is responsible for Transitional, Support and Independent Employment and Clubhouse Supported Education.
The preferred candidate will have Clubhouse experience, job development experience and contract management experience with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. A bachelors or master degree in a related field is also preferred. But most importantly, the ideal candidate should have a passion for supporting those with mental illness to achieve their employment and career goals.
Salary is in the mid thirties with a liberal benefit package. The Genesis Club is an ICCD Certified Clubhouse, an International Clubhouse Training Center and a founding member of the Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition.

The Board of Directors of Granite Pathways is seeking a full-time Executive Director for a Certified Clubhouse to be opened in Manchester, NH by June 30, 2010. The Clubhouse will engage adult members with mental illnesses in peer supported programs focused on employment, education, housing, and wellness. Granite Pathways is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2009 to bring the Certified Clubhouse model to NH and operate according to the standards of the International Center for Clubhouse Development (ICCD). We are seeking a highly motivated person interested in bringing this research-based, internationally recognized recovery model to New Hampshire.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR
Lighthouse Clubhouse, Springfield
1. Provide leadership in the daily operations of Lighthouse, providing direction and assistance to other staff, developing and coordinating work ordered day activities.
2. Supervise unit coordinators, providing feedback, training and development, monitoring performance.
3. Carry out, assign and oversee clubhouse projects, initiatives and activities, including accreditation processes.
4. Work as liaison to Department of Mental Health and provider system related to member issues.
5. Oversee and coordinate rehab planning process, advisor system, member files
6. Serve as Manager in absence of Program Manager.
